Monthly Record figures are enforced: past your plan's allowance, a new property shows the free preview until the month resets, and re-opening a Record you already pulled never counts again. The Free plan's single Record works the same way but does not reset — it goes to the first property you open and stays readable there. Searches and saved properties are included allowances — we don't cut you off mid-month if you go over.
